Geo: Continue syncing container repo tags if one fails

What does this MR do and why?

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/request-for-help/-/issues/2534 raised a problem that if syncing of a container repo tag fails, no more tags are synced or removed after that. This MR rescues and logs the error and continues the sync and removal of tags.
