Geo: Log error and continue syncing/removing container repo tags if one fails

Problem

https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/request-for-help/-/issues/2534 raised a problem that if syncing of a container repo tag fails, no more tags are synced or removed after that. We need to rescue and log the error here and continue the sync.
