How to set up and validate locally

Group level

1. Navigate to any group.
2. In the sidebar navigate to Settings -> General and expand Badges section.
3. Create a several group badges.
4. Click on ellipsis dropdown, try to edit/delete, observe the result.

Project level

1. Navigate to any project.
2. In the sidebar navigate to Settings -> General and expand Badges section.
3. Create a several project badges.
4. Click on ellipsis dropdown, try to edit/delete, observe the result.
