What does this MR do and why?

Remove the no_abusive_pipes from the AbuseDetection class validation. Created a new method abusive_pipes? which will be called when the search_type is zoekt regex or non-zoekt. The reason to do this is because we don't want to validate the no_abusive_pipes if the search type is zoekt with exact mode.

  • Make sure zoekt is setup for a namespace
  • Commit a code something like this foo|foo|foo|foo|foo|foo|foo
  • Search for foo|foo|foo|foo|foo|foo|foo in the zoekt exact mode
  • You should be able to see the search result
