GitHub project import: Clarify error messages
What does this MR do and why?
Changes the error message that is displayed while attempting to import a new project and authenticating with GitHub.
When the wrong Personal Access Token is entered, the error now says "Wrong credentials"

How to set up and validate locally

- Navigate to http://127.0.0.1:3000/import/github/new
- Type in a nonsense string as the personal access token
- Click the authenticate button. You should see the validation error
