GitHub project import: Clarify error messages

Problem

Follow up on !178471 (comment 2320642921) regarding the process of importing from GitHub through the UI at /import/github/new

When a user provides the wrong personal access token, the error message "Access denied to your GitHub account" isn't so helpful.

Solution

Change the error message to "Wrong credentials" for when the PAT is wrong.
