What does this MR do and why?

When previewing a wiki page, you should be able to have an expandable reference, such as Fix GitLab URL summaries/title don't display in... (!175451 - merged) (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/merge_requests/175451+). It was not showing during preview.

  2. Use Preview or the RTE, you should see the expanded reference that includes the title, etc
