GitLab URL summaries/title don't display in Wiki with Preview or RTE

Problem to Solve

A customer reported that URL summaries and titles do not display in the Wiki as they do in Issues and Epics. While the Issue ID is displayed correctly summaries or titles do not. This lack of expandability makes it harder to quickly grasp context. Currently, the workaround involves manually typing out the Issue and hyperlinking it, which is cumbersome and time-consuming.

This only happens when using Preview or the RTE. It expands properly when the page is saved.

Proposed Solution

Achieve consistency across the product by aligning the display settings in the Wiki with those in Issues and Epics. Specifically, enable the ability to display summaries and titles for linked Issues directly within the Wiki.
