How to set up and validate locally

1. Make sure you have admin rights and group with an Ultimate subscription
2. Go to Compliance Center project report
3. Assign compliance framework to a project
4. Go to the project page and observe compliance info in the RIGHT sidebar
5. Make sure link in the badge redirects you to compliance framework page
