How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check out this branch
  2. In the GDK, visit an issue
  3. You will not see the confidentiality sidebar item
  4. click the action menu in the issue header
  5. You will see an option related to confidentiality. Click it.
  6. You will see that the confidentiality of the issue is toggled.
  7. Visit an incident
  8. Repeat steps 3-6
