Model registry: add Markdown cached fields

What does this MR do and why?

This merge request updates the description fields in the Model and ModelVersion classes to support markdown caching. It also enforces a maximum length of 10,000 characters for the description field in both classes. Additionally, it removes the description_html_resolver methods from the ModelType and ModelVersionType GraphQL types, as the description fields are now rendered as markdown by default.
