What does this MR do and why?
This MR extracts the presentation from the Epic board and uses it in the Epic header with minor adjustments to display more detailed information in the Epic header.

How to set up and validate locally
Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.
- Make sure you have an Ultimate license on your user and on a group
- Navigate to the group and click the
+sign to create a new epic - Navigate to the epic and create issues under it with weights
- Navigate back to the epic and see the epic countables being displayed with the progress. Hover over them to see details.
- Navigate to the groups epic board and see the epic countables being displayed with the progress. Hover over them to see details.
