In command palette pressing ⌘+k doesn't open commands list
What does this MR do and why?
This updates the search modal to listen for command+k shortcut to open command palette dropdown.

How to set up and validate locally
- On any page press
/ - When the search modal appears you can press 'command+k'
- Toggle the command platte on and off
