What does this MR do and why?
The code changes are related to the GitLab Duo Chat feature. The changes include:
- We revert the changes made in Add '/clear' to the list of commands to wipe Du... (!147380 - merged) regarding trimming of the prompt. The trimming has been introduced in the upstream package
- Abstracted repetitive computations into a new method,
isClearOrResetMessage,, to check if a chat message is a clear or reset message. This resolves Follow-up from "Add '/clear' to the list of com... (#451756 - closed)
