Add '/clear' to the list of commands to wipe Duo Chat

What does this MR do and why?

This MR allows /clear to be used alongside /clean in the Duo Chat window. It also allows leading and trailing spaces on these commands.

And updates the documentation to make /clear the default.

Note: VSCode change to come in a later MR.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. On Duo Chat, the following combinations should clear the chat:
  • /clean
  • /clear
  • /clean with trailing and leading spaces
  • /clear with trailing and leading spaces

The following commands should reset the chat:

  • /reset
  • /reset with trailing and leading spaces
