Remove MR Widget V1 related files

As we migrated to MR Widget V2, the V1 files are no longer being used. This commit removes all those files.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Checkout https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/frontend/playground/gitlab-mr-widgets-demo
  2. Create an MR by modifying the README.md
  3. Visit the MR page and verify that widgets are loading as expected (here's a demo MR of how it should look like: gitlab-org/frontend/playground/gitlab-mr-widgets-demo!26)
