What does this MR do and why?

Related to #441254 (closed)

We have columns configured with sortable but gl-table-lite doesn't support that.

As it wasn't working anyway, we'll just remove it for now.

How to set up and validate locally

Log some time on issue/merge requests, view the time tracking report from the sidebar and make it sure it looks the same as before 👍
