What does this MR do and why?

Rename GetConnectedAgentsByAgentIdsRequest and GetConnectedAgentsByAgentIdsResponse

  • in order to improve consistency for initialisms, the above mentioned RPC request/response names have been changed (Id has been changed to ID). This change is introduced in the 0.4.0 version of the kas-grpc gem
  • bump kas-grpc version to 0.4.0
  • more information can be found in the discussion of gitlab-org/cluster-integration/gitlab-agent!1208 (comment 1697789580)
