Remove CRM organizations navigation menu item

We need to combine organizations and contacts into a single item. This commit links contacts from organizations and vice versa.

Remove the Customer organizations navigation menu item and add a contacts/organizations link from the opposite page.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable CRM for a root group
  2. Look in the Plan menu in the super sidebar (you should only see Customer contacts)
  3. Select Customer contacts
  4. Check you can see the Organizations link (top right)
  5. Select Organizations
  6. Check you can see the Contacts link (top right)
