As of 2024-05-14 a change has been implemented to enforce access token expiry. If you see higher numbers of HTTP 401 responses, please check tokens that may have expired. i18n EE files not in sub directories

This is one of many MRs opened in order to improve the overall internationalisation of the GitLab codebase.

This MR only targets the Vanilla JS files.
