Draft: Jennli test gems

What does this MR do and why?

Test my fix in Run rspec prep jobs for backend changes (!133381 - merged). This MR is created against the jennli-fix-427351 branch so pipeline should be created successfully. We should no longer get the yaml syntax error that was observed in #427351 (closed)
