Job page: restructre page
What does this MR do and why?
Restructure page to align better with the new layout used in MRs:
- Moves sidebar into content area
- Moves the job name and the actions from the sidebar to the page header
- Changes the Job log header background color to white
FYI Sidebar content will be updated with Update job sidebar UI (!130220 - merged) & Update job sidebar UI (Part 2) (!130296 - merged)
