Rename analyze to analytics in product analytics metrics

What does this MR do and why?

After a discussion with @stkerr, it transpired that I'd misnamed all of our existing metric definitions. groupproduct analytics belongs to devopsanalytics and sectionanalytics.

This MR updates all existing metric definitions.
