Update usage page to use "compute" instead of CI minutes

What does this MR do and why?

For the related issue, this continues the work (started in !121361 (merged)) to update CI/CD minutes (and all variations like Pipeline Minutes, etc) to compute or units of compute, as needed. In this MR we address the usage pages. See screenshots below.
