Rename Product Intelligence to Analytics Instrumentation in docs

What does this MR do and why?

Product Intelligence group was renamed to Analytics Instrumentation. This renames any mentions of Product Intelligence in the docs.

Reassigning metrics to Analytics Instrumentation (#409680 (closed)) and refactoring code to remove the name product intelligence (#412535) are separate issues.
