Rename Product Intelligence to Analytics Instrumentation in Docs

Problem

The group "Product Intelligence" was recently renamed to "Analytics Instrumentation". Any mentions or workflows depending on the old group name need to be adjusted now, this includes any Documentation docs.gitlab.com

Desired Outcome

All documentation that referenced Product Intelligence / the Product Intelligence Team references Analytics Instrumentation instead.
