Removes usages in the runner area of the deprecated function redirectTo in favor of visitUrl.

How to set up and validate locally

Use case, deleting a runner redirects to the list:

1. Visit Admin -> Runners
2. Select any runner you wish to delete
3. Select "Delete runner"
4. Ensure the page shown is the list at "Admin -> Runners"
