Revert 'aregnery/adjust-collapsible-section-fonts-in-nav' into 'master'
What does this MR do and why?
We've been starting receive some feedback (example from Twitter and from a team member) around the font size of the sidebar being too small. This change made navigational items smaller. Optically, the ideal font weight to accompany the iconography sits at 14px.
In a follow-up, we can explore other options in the future for differentiation like highlighted in #391533 (comment 1332476927)
