This MR removes "refetch" of entire audit events table by making smart updates "in place"

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Ensure you have a valid EE license
  2. Open your GDK /groups/Commit451/-/audit_events?tab=streams (assuming you have Commit451 group)
  3. Any edits on this table should not trigger a reload
