What does this MR do and why?
As discussed within !117624 (comment 1353002941) , this MR adds documentation on how to configure multiple OpenID connect provider, this closes omnibus-gitlab#5992 (closed)
Furthermore it adds a description on how to migrate from an existing azure integration using the not so well maintained omniauth gems.
