Updates the frequent projects/groups string to frequently visited
What does this MR do and why?
This updates the "Frequent projects" and "Frequent Groups" strings in the context switcher to say, "Frequently Visited Projects" and, "Frequently Visited Groups" respectively. This is better English and matches what we have in the current navigation.
