Update the title of Frequent Projects and Frequent Groups

During a recent iteration office hours, we got some feedback on the labels inside of our Context Switcher.

Proposal

Update the headers in the context switcher to be more clear.

• Right now, the text of Frequent Projects and Frequent Groups is not grammatically correct
• Update them to: Frequently Visited Projects and Frequented Visited Groups
