Geo Sites - Update Container Repo Data Type
What does this MR do and why?
Closes #386906 (closed)
This MR updates Container Repositories' Replicator to the correct data_type as intended as part of #373303 (closed). This will in turn allow for the Replication Summary section to properly account for values associated to this Data Type.

How to set up and validate locally
- Fetch and checkout this branch
- Setup Geo and access your Primary GDK (How to setup Geo)
- Go to the Geo Sites page (
admin/geo/sites) - Ensure Container Repositories is now visible as a Data Type in the Replication Summary (by default it won't have any values but should still be visible)
