Add DAST as filter option in the Group Security Dashboard

What does this MR do?

Filtering for DAST specifically:

Note also the lack of the help icon next to the Report type dropdown header.

Default view (no filtering on report type) - note DAST vulnerabilities are shown: Done in !10277 (merged) instead.
