Change "Self monitoring" to "Self-monitoring"
What does this MR do and why?
Continuation of Community contribution !70230 (closed).
Adds hyphen to self monitoring, because self-monitoring is consistent with our other self- prefixed terms like self-managed, self-hosted, etc.

How to set up and validate locally
- With admin permissions for a gitlab instance, navigate to
Main menu > Admin > Settings > Metrics and profiling - Expand the Self-monitoring section
- Toggle the setting to see the various app text
