Group milestones in the "New Release" milestone dropdown now display parent groups as well

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Create a parent group and child group
  2. Add a project to that child group
  3. Add a milestone to the parent group
  4. Go to the child group >> project >> releases >> new release page
  5. In the milestone drop down, the milestone from the parent group should now appear
