Report Abuse for task, objective and key result items

Now you can easily report abuse for work items directly from the actions menu, just like you could with legacy issues. This new feature helps keep your workspace clean and safe by allowing you to quickly flag inappropriate content, ensuring a better collaborative environment for your team.

Problem

We can't migrate issues to work items until we have parity in actions a user can take. As of today, there is no way to report spam or abuse.

Proposal

• Add the ability to report spam from the actions menu in the work item header. - this flow is currently blocked by Akismet integration that would need to be resolved by backend Will be addressed in #478062
• Add the ability to report abuse from the actions menu in the work item header.
• Add the ability to report abuse for a single comment. - already complete!

UX

Report abuse

• User can select "Report abuse to administrator" from top action menu (same as current behavior in legacy issues)
• Report abuse action opens modal showing the category selection form (only change from current behavior is drawer -> modal)
• "Next" from category selection form navigates to the full abuse report form (same as current behavior)
