Revisit and realign the the badges on the job list page with pipeline list page

Problem to solve

We're in the process of adding a new label to the pipeline list view trigger token !135407 (merged) . This sparked a conversation to align the badges that we present on pipeline list view with job list view. Check the badges surfaced on job list view and test with users to understand if they're serving the purpose right or complicating the usability and make changes as necessary.

(FYI this isn't about status badges.)
