🎨 Design: Navigating within organizations

Problem

With the introduction of Organizations, users will need a way to navigate to the organization through global navigation (or otherwise). Additionally, within the organization, they will need a way to navigate between the features and settings the organization contains. 🎨 Design: Navigating between organizations (#396717 - closed) focuses on navigating between organizations; this issue is for designing how to navigate within an organization.

Possible future navigation things to consider:

• All content is still TBC but, the current proposal is that it would have many of the pages/sections that are currently in groups.
• We'll need to clarify how we're breaking down items into the "Manage" and "Settings" collections. There are initial thoughts here, but they will need to be refined/documented so the groups moving those items into the organization will know what-should-go-where.
