🎨 Design: Navigating between organizations

Summary

With the introduction of Organizations and possibly having an association with more than one, a user needs a flow to go from one to another. This issue is for designing the interaction of that flow. The design of this flow is largely dependent on the constraints required for Cells discussed here.

Options

Isolated
We take an approach of a single (or few) point(s) of interaction allowing the user a choice of an organization that they are associated with. Based on the choice the user is placed in the context of that organization and sees only the items associated with that organization.

Integrated
We take an approach where interacting with many items the user has access to could transport them from one organization to another. This could include groups, projects, issues, merge requests, TODOs, etc. We could also include a dedicated flow for explicitly choosing an organization.

Hybrid
Some combination of the above
