Add "Managed By" Badge to Enterprise User Accounts

For any user that is an Enterprise User, add this badge to their GitLab.com experience with the domain they were verified against displaying as the "managed by XXXX.com"

Note: Upon first logging in a user will (should) know they're in a managed or personal account by the dashboard they land on, as those it would generally have different information between accounts.

• we want to avoid over engineering a solution as the need for this feature is simply to provide a user with the ownership status of the account they are logged into. Subsequently...
• The status should fall under the account settings/sign out drop down, as this is the location where a user would need to go to "switch" accounts, if they are not seeing their expected content in the dashboard
