Allow admin to pick which service desk template to use
In #36961 (closed) we introduced the possibility to create a template for service desk emails.
This issue should add the possibility to configure which template to use in the admin area. That means thank_you.md
and new_note.md
will not be enforced but an admin will be able to pick which template stored in the repo should be used.
