Add templates for email responses from service desk
- templates will be stored in the repo in
gitlab/service_desk_templates
, namesthank_you.md
andnew_note.md
- if those templates are available in the repo they will be used instead of default templates
- basic replacements (
ISSUE_ID
,ISSUE_PATH
,NOTE
) will be available
