Add Work Items to the REST API
Summary
We have selectively included work items types in the issues REST API. New WI features will not be added to that API in the future, so we need to create a work items API. Long term, we'll deprecate the issues API in favor of the work items API.
Proposal
Per this thread, we will create a new work item API.
