Performance analysis of GraphQL-to-REST POC

Description

The API vision working group is looking into potential solutions for unifying our two API layers (REST and GraphQL). One such approach sees us generating REST endpoints from a GraphQL schema. We should look at these POCs to see if we can provide insight into performance characteristics compared to the current approach.
