🤔 Hypotheses
- Allowing Sasha to search, filter, and sort items will reduce the time to find them.
- Filter activity by type (Reviews & commits / Bots / Metadata / all activity)
- This could also help differentiate new items by adding a badge on new/unclicked items
- Add search bar above activity, allow user to search/filter by type, keyword, etc
- Organize comments into types (top engagement, reminders, your comments etc)
- Click on participant in sidebar to filter activity by user
- Mark comments/threads as "seen" (like reviewed files)
- Differentiating new items will reduce the time for Sasha to find items that may require their attention.
- "What's new since I last visited" tab
- Badge counters on filtered activity (mentioned above)
- Personal task list
- Separating the navigation of comments, findings, and changes will reduce the time and effort for Sasha to review them.
- Add threaded replies to side drawer
- (Your MRs list) Dashboard shows what's new/what's needed/what you have done on each MR currently in your dashboard
Miscellaneous ideas
- Review rounds
- Conventional comments
- Blocking vs non-blocking comments (ideally built into review rounds/conventional comments)
