Present environment context with pipeline information on pipeline index page
Release notes
Related to #339230 (closed).
🧩 Problem
As a user, I need to see what environment(s) a pipeline or pipeline(s) have deployed to, so I can quickly see what is running where to troubleshoot or share information.
✨ Background
Today, the pipelines listed on the pipeline index page do not display which environment they're associated with and if they are is an out of date deployment. Devs have to click on the pipeline to get this information and get an idea of the relevance of the pipeline.

✨ Proposal
