Rearrange pipeline index page layout to create more space

GitLab values efficiency. We want to empower you to easily navigate our platform especially GitLab jobs and pipelines. You may have noticed how many columns and options are in the Jobs and Pipeline index views, which makes it difficult to understand what information is relevant to your GitLab CI. Now, we have restructured these views so you can quickly get the information about status, name of pipelines, related pipeline information such as merge request IDs as well as commit SHAs.
🧩 Problem statement
The layout of the pipeline and job index page have turned fragile due to lack of space. Rethink the layout and eliminate and rearrange content based on their usefulness.
@v_mishra Could we do something with the
Triggerercolumn? Somehow move that data somewhere else?
