More paid features available to free users

As a follow-up iteration to the Registration Features program released in 14.1, we've added two additional paid features available to free GitLab self-managed users running GitLab EE.
By simply registering with GitLab and sending us activity data via Service Ping, you can now enjoy these two additional Premium features free:
Summary
In %14.1 via &6144 (closed) we shipped the MVC of registration features which offers SM users with free features (currently email from GitLab in exchange for turning on Service Ping.
In this issue, we will introduce two additional registration features. More details on our strategy behind registration features here.
We selected our first feature using this criteria (option 1). Using the same criteria we'd like to select features from the following list (pulled from features.yml
).
- LDAP group sync
- Create and remove admins based on an LDAP
- Multiple LDAP / AD server support
- Kerberos user authentication
- Limit project size at a global, group and project level
- Restrict group access by IP address
