Rendering issue with the add related issues form on GitLab Core

Summary

The form for adding related issues has rendering issues on Gitlab Community version 13.4.1. A bullet is shown before the input field and there is no spacing between the form buttons and the input field.

Steps to reproduce

  • Open a issue on GitLab Community server version 13.4.x
  • Click + button next tot Linked Issues to add a related issue

What is the current bug behavior?

The "Linked Issues" form for adding related issues shows a bullet before the input field and there is no spacing between the form buttons and the input field.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The form should be rendered the same as on gitlab.com.
